What is a Quality Management System (QMS)?

A QMS is a formalised system of policies, procedures, and processes that helps your practice meet professional obligations set by the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB). My QMS provides all these documents as pre-packaged templates — just customise and go.

Do I need a QMS as a registered BAS agent?

Yes. Under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, all registered tax and BAS agents must maintain a QMS that demonstrates compliance with the Code of Professional Conduct. My QMS makes this straightforward with ready-made templates designed specifically for BAS practitioners.

How long does it take to set up?
